Peter Lethbridge - Group General Manager

Peter literally grew up in the Industry spending most of his teenage and adult years operating pumps. Peter has been Meales’ General Manager since 1994 and has, together with Ian, played an integral part in Meales’ significant growth over recent years. Peter is responsible, with the support of his Regional management team, for the day to day management of all of Meales’ operational activities |
Paul Keenan - Manager and Sales High Rise

With 40 years of industry experience Paul is extremely well equipped as our high rise manager. Paul’s in-depth knowledge of engineering ,design and construction allows him to work closely with large companies ensuring cost effective budgets are meet along with innovative and systematic outcomes |
Michael Keenan - Workplace Health & Safety Officer & Rehabilitation Co-Ordinator Southern QLD and High Rise

Michael is the Workplace Health and Safety officer for Meales Southern District. He also manages the IT department and is the Rehabilitation Co-Ordinator. Michael Started as a Diesel and Hydraulic mechanic in 1990 working in Concrete Batching plants/Quarries and Mobile Crane maintenance, then moving on through Spare parts and sales in motor vehicles inc much time spent in fleet management for toyota industrial and Cartech NSW Police fleet and end of lease management. |
Rick Reedman - Workplace Health & Safety Officer and Technical Manager North QLD

Rick brings to the Company over 20 years’ experience in the concrete pumping Industry, having previously managed and owned his own successful concrete pumping operation. Rick’s comprehensive knowledge of the technical operations of concrete pumps and project applications makes him an invaluable member of the Meales Management Team. Rick currently holds the position of Workplace Health and Safety Officer for Sunshine Coast Branch North to Mackay.. |
Mark Naylor - Accounts Manager

Mark joined Meales in July 07 in the role of group company accountant to head up the finance and administration of the entire operation. Mark brings with him 25 years experience in the mining, building/construction and manufacturing industry. |
Robert Cowley - Workshop and Maintenance Manager Northern Districts

Having gained extensive experience maintaining a large transport fleet, Rob joined Meales in 2003, quickly establishing himself as a most valuable team member and being instrumental in strengthening Meales’ reputation for reliability. In addition to his workshop based responsibilities, Rob also manages Meales’ mobile service/repair van, allowing us to respond promptly to the mechanical demands of our fleet in any location. He has incorporated within the Company a strict maintenance regime and, as a result, provides our operators and customers, with exceptionally well maintained equipment. |
