Mobile Concrete Pumping

What Pump do I need on my job?

We Have a Large Fleet of 80 Mobile Boom Pumps and Trailer / Line pumps.

What equipment that is required on your site is dependant on many factors, Such as distance to be pumped, Concrete that is to be pumped, what heights or depths are to be reached. Where can the Concrete pump set up as obstacles such as uneven ground, overhead wires, road closures and Agi access will mean the pump needs to be personally selected by our competent supervisors prior to commencement on site.

What are the rates?
Rates are dependant on many factors and thus individual quotations will apply. Some of the factors to consider are: Travel times, Is a third man required to assist in pullback of hoses? Can the pump be washed out on site? Overtime Penalties such as Saturday's or night work may apply. The Size of the equipment required.

These many factors will be considered by our Team when deciding what equipment is best suited to your site. Please see our Locations page to obtain a quote in your area.

A brief overview of what Concrete Pumping equipment we might supply is outlined below:

What is a Line Pump?
A Line Pump has a hopper to receive concrete from a concrete Agitator. Pistons or Squeeze mechanisms push the concrete from the Hopper through a combination of Pipes or hoses on the ground to where the concrete pour is taking place. There are 3 Variations, a trailered version, a Permanently fixed version mounted to a truck body or a stationary pump that sits on legs (used generally in long term applications such as high rise buildings). There are High Pressure and Low Pressure versions, High pressure needed for pumping long distances. Low pressure used in instances spraying Pools or walls or filling Core Block walls.

What is a Boom Pump?
Again it is basically the Truck mounted concrete line pump with an Unfolding or telescopic boom. Pipeline from the hopper is attached to the side of the boom with a series of swivelling bends allowing concrete to be pumped over obstacles or to great heights. We operate a fleet of booms ranging from 48metres down to 17metres. the length boom is dependant on the job at hand. Hiring Rates are generally greater as larger equipment is needed. Greater running and purchasing costs of the equipment add to these variables.
